At KoreanSkincareProducts.eu, we take hygiene and product safety seriously.

Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any skincare items including:

This policy applies even if the product is unopened.

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

You received the wrong product
Your order arrived damaged
Your package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the courier
If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Photos of the issue (if applicable)
All refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

After this time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed because orders are processed quickly.
